The Intex Aqua Gen X has a 13 MP primary camera with facility of full HD video shoot, along with a 5MP front camera. The rear camera has a single-tone LED flash and both cameras support HDR image capture. The lack of detail and fuzziness of the pictures and videos really puts a dampener on what would otherwise have been a great camera.

Intex Aqua Gen X is a good, well rounded smartphone that offers good value for money. There are few let-downs also such as camera not being quite as sharp and lack of a fingerprint sensor. While Intex Aqua is a good device, it is overshadowed by the recently launched Xiomi Redmi Note 3 which offers better performance, features and value for money.

If you need a new mid-range smartphone with Intex’s larger service network as a key factor, then you can consider Intex Aqua Gen X.
