Apple launched the latest kid in their family, the new iPhone Special Edition (SE) with a 4- inch screen. The 16 GB version is priced at approx.Rs. 27000 ($299) and the 64 GB version is priced at approx. Rs. 33,000 ($499).
iPhone SE has 12 MP iSight camera which is found in iPhone 6s and 6s Plus and supports live photos features and 4k video recordings. The phone will also be equipped with a longer-lasting battery than the iPhone 5s. It will also work with Apple Pay, the company’s digital wallet. However, it skips the 3D touch which is exclusive to iPhones.
iPhone SE will be initially launched in 12 countries on March 24. However, it will be launched in Indian market and other 100 countries by May. iPhone SE will be available in grey, silver, gold and rose gold color variants.
Apple also launched iPad Pro with 9.7 inch screen and a starting price of around Rs. 39,500 ($599). It weighs less than one pound and the display is 40% less reflective than the iPad Air 2. The tablet supports Apple’s new Night Shift Mode, which is a part of the iOS 9.3 update.
